What You'll Do:

• Oversee full-cycle project management from planning to final walkthrough
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Document and manage tasks, costs, and reporting using JobTread or similar
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure performance, safety, and quality
• Resolve issues proactively and keep momentum going
• Maintain consistent, professional communication across the board

What You Bring:

• 4 to 7 years of experience managing residential projects (high-end preferred)
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and timeline management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate roadblocks
• Excellent organizational and communication habits
• Familiarity with JobTread, Procore, or Buildertrend

Compensation & What's Coming:

• Full-time position
• Competitive salary at $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience
